* Did some reorganizing of code in run.ts, moved run.test.ts into /src, and put some helpers into helpers.ts in /src. * Did some reorganizing of code in run.ts, moved run.test.ts into /src, and put some helpers into helpers.ts in /src. * Grabbed the upstream integration tests and brought them here. Removed bash script.
